Adolescent Physical Exams

 

For ages 14 to 17 Adolescent Physicals include a Urinalysis, Lab work upon Doctor’s orders, health risk assessment, appropriate testing and counseling. All minors under the age of 18 require an adult (parent or legal guardian) to accompany them during their appointment time.
School Physicals Schools often require students to complete a health physical for sports and other extra curricular activities. School Physicals include a Urinalysis, Lab work upon Doctor’s orders, a complete physical exam, health cardiac risk assessment and appropriate testing.
