SCHEDULING

Our office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We see patients by appointments during our office hours. Contact us directly at (512) 440-8989 during our office hours to make an appointment or for any other patient needs. We are honored by the trust of our patients and we do our best to treat our patients with respect, dignity and utmost care.

Emergencies
Our schedule is open to walk in emergency appointments for established patients between 8:00 am to 9:00 am Monday through Friday. After 5:00 pm on weekdays and on weekends, our Physicians are available for medical advice only. No routine medication, antibiotics or pain medication will be called in when our office is closed.

Minors
All minors under the age of 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian accompany them during their appointment visit or provide a signed written consent for medical treatment.

Our goal is to help assist you in health and wellness. In addition to your scheduled appointment, our office spends time and effort to:

  1. Create and maintain your permanent medical and hospital records
  2. Review, interpret and document all test results and communicate those results to you
  3. Conduct medical research relevant to your case and prepare patient educational materials
  4. Remind you of your appointment by phone and prepare and mail reminder cards suggesting you come in for a follow-up visit and annual examination
  5. Communicate with pharmacies and insurance companies about your prescriptions
  6. Coordination of care with specialists, hospitals and auxiliary care personnel
  7. Complete insurance applications, claim forms and communication with insurance companies for processing your claims

 

We request patients to contact our office to inform us of any address, telephone and insurance company changes so we can keep your medical record current!
